Approving Your Design

We will contact you after we receive your order to go over the exact details to include on your printed product. Once we have your information, a sample will be emailed to you for review and approval. It is the CUSTOMER'S responsibility to check all spelling and numbers for any errors. If an error is found after the customer receives the printed items, we will reprint the order for 1/2 of what it originally costs. Therefore its very important that you review your sample.

 

If you do not hear from me within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact me. Sometimes emails don't reach their destination and I am very prompt in replying to orders to ask for the details. You will also receive an email with the samples for you to approve before printing. Please watch for this email also. I will not print your order until you ok it.

 

You Can Use ANY Graphic

You can use ANY graphic from ANY item on the website for your printed products. If you have your own graphic, you may also use that. For ordering, choose the "custom" item (example custom business card) where it states you have your own graphic. If you are looking for a certain graphic, email us and let us know and we'll try to find it for you or recommend a graphic artist who can specially design what you need. We don't actually design the graphics ourselves. We have paid a commercial fee to artists to use their designs on our items. You can also let us know once we email you which graphic you want.

How We Sell Our Products

All our printed products are sold in sheets and we do the cutting (unless otherwise stated), perforation (if you select), and hole punch for you. There are no minimums required.


Placing A Re-Order - It's Easy!

RE-ORDERS - If you want to place a re-order of your printed items, just email us. No need to place another order through the website! Please be sure to include your business name!!!

an I Have My Graphic?

We have been asked from time to time if a customer can have their graphic for use in newspaper advertising, store signs, etc. We regret that at this time, we do not allow this. If you want a graphic that you can use on such items, it is advisable to have a graphic artist create your graphic so that you own it, and then we can use that same graphic on your printed items. We hope that you understand our position...giving out graphics takes away from what our business is all about, we do the printing for you!

Delivery

Depending on how fast you approve our emailed sample to you, printing usually takes less than one week. If it is a large order, it may take a little longer. Also, printing depends on current orders on hand. It is advisable to not wait until the last minute to place an order if you are in need of the items right away. Fall/winter is my busiest time and orders are processed as they are received. It is possible your order may take a little longer during this time of year. Most orders are shipped via the U.S. Post Office by 2-3 Day Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.

Shipping & Handling fees:

Current rate for flat rate envelope is $4.80 - subject to change.

For large orders, additional shipping will apply based on weight.

Payments Accepted

Full payment must be made at the time of your order. We accept the following payment methods - credit card, paypal, money order and certified bank check (must be made payable to JUSTINA GELETKA). Your credit card statement will reflect billing to JUSTINA GELETKA. We no longer accept personal checks.

Credit card orders can be placed via our SECURE shopping cart or CALLED in after we contact you, please do not email credit card information to us - it is not safe.

International Orders

We will ship Canadian and international orders, however the customer will be responsible for additionall shipping costs.
